I picked up a 358 Hoosier barrel from A.J. Brown Arms co. while at the Antler talk show. Can't wait to try this thing out.

Nice! You rolling your own or using their ammo?

Please post up your results.

I so want to do a bolt gun in this cartridge but funds are way short right now. I could maybe squeeze a barrel for my Encore in though. 8-)

Cool, report back after you've shot it. I have an encore so I'm interested in learning about the kind of accuracy you get out of yours.

NICE!
Are you going to zero at 100?
How is the recoil..can you compare it to another caliber?

I got it dialed in but can't seem to get the pic posted. Think i will sight it in 1" high at 100 yards. The recoil is so slight you won't notice it. Maybe the same as a 20 gauge. What gets me is the accuracy of this thing. I am gonna try to drive a nail at 50 yards with it. A big plus is the clean up run a bore snake through it and it shines like a new penny.

Yea i bought 2 boxes of 200 gr. hornady SP. Shot it again today let my brother and nephew take it for a spin. I bought the Wheeler Professional Leveling System and made sure the scope was level. Now it puts every shot right there.
