Even as one company remains in upheaval over a continuing wages dispute, another bauxite company has announced that it will be giving its workers a 4.5 % increase effective October 1, 2009.In a joint statement issued by the Bosai Minerals Group (Guyana) Inc and the National Association of Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial Employees (NAACIE),NFL Jerseys 2018, it was disclosed that the negotiations were conducted even as 500-plus RUSAL workers remained off the job at Aroaima and Kwakwani.According to the release, the 4.5% increase in the rate of pay would be for a period of six months.“These negotiations were conducted against the backdrop of an ongoing crisis within the bauxite industry as a result of the current worldwide recession. Thus,NFL Jerseys China, the final agreement is a reflection of this and other aspects that were considered in the deliberations.”According to the union and Bosai, the agreement is mutually satisfying to the entire stakeholder and would ensure growth in the industry.“It was the shared view of both the company and the union that the economic crises affected everyone and that an amicable solution was needed to address the economic hardship experienced by all. This enabled the negotiations to be conducted in a respectful and peaceful manner.”Signing on behalf of Bosai were the General Manager, Steven Ma; Senior Personnel Officer, Vance Reid and Personnel Officer, Truedell Marks.Signing for NAACIE was General Secretary,Cheap Jerseys, Kenneth Joseph,Wholesale Jerseys China, Branch President, Linnell Warden; and members Emanuel Cerry and Carl Culpepper.BOSAI,Cheap Jerseys League, a Chinese company which took over operations of the bauxite company in Linden under the name BOSAI Minerals Group Guyana Incorporated (BMGGI) last year produced 232,000 tonnes of calcined bauxite with foreign exchange revenues of US$71M. Additionally, 237,000 tonnes of dried bauxite were exported for non metallurgical uses, bringing in revenues of US10.3M.
